Registration, fees and more

Registration Instructions

  1. Create a conference account, or log into your existing account.
  2. Select the number of attendees you are registering. Choose "1" if you are registering only yourself.
  3. For each individual you are registering, fill in the required information and choose the ticket options from the list that appears on the right.


Accompanying persons/Guests

The registration fee is €150,00 per accompanying person and includes:

  • Admission to the Welcome Reception
  • Admission to the Conference Dinner

Please note that Accompanying persons have no access to the Scientific program sessions/coffee breaks/lunches.



*Prices are stated excluding VAT, therefore 21% is added to the final price.


Confirmation of your Registration:

  • When accessing the online registration system, you will be asked to provide your personal details and then proceed to the registration page.
    You will receive one email confirming your username and password for the online registration system, and another one once you complete your registration with a recap of the requested services.
  • Please note that this is NOT a confirmation of your registration.
  • Please keep your username and password as it will allow you to return to the online registration system to check your registration and retrieve your confirmation letter.
  • Once payment is confirmed and registration is processed your confirmation letter will be available in your personal area in the online registration system. You can access the system using your username and password.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat: SEG23@tudelft.nl

 

Cancellation refunds are as follows:

  • Cancellations until 15 July 2023: Full refund, minus €50,00 handling fee
  • Cancellations from 15 July 2023:  Full refund, minus €150,00 handling fee
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 August 2023.
